Stab-Resistant Polymer is a kind of composite sheet material, made of Aramid Woven Fabric as the base material. By multi-layers structure, it can reach the protection level of USA NIJ Standard-0115.00 Level 1, protect against E1 & E2 strike energy of 24J & 36J.

 

The SZ FC-2 Stab-Resistant Polymer can be used for Stab proof vest, Stab proof and bulletproof vest that applied by Police officers, Military soldiers, Army officials, Law enforcement, Safety and Security guard, civilians.

The SZ FC-2-1 stab proof composite sheet can be designed into any shapes, and suitable for any models of vest, T-shirt, Jacket, Hoodie, etc. The finished clothing will resistant NIJ 0115.00/HOSDB/VPAM 24J - 65J or higher strike energy of cutting, stabbing, puncture, slashing, chopping, hacking, rocks, needles from cold weapons of such as knife, stick, hammer, arrow etc.

 

FC-2 is upgraded based on FC-1S. It’s much softer and lighter.

By now, FC-2 is the most advanced stab proof material in China by its lightest weight and soft feeling; on the international markets, FC-2 stab resistant material is also at the top level, and its performance is better than DuPont's AS400 and Teijin's similar products.
