1.What is the minimum order quantity?

However, if the quantity is too small, the cost cannot be reduced and the unit price will be very high, so if possible it is advisable to order from 500.


2.How can I customize my product?

We are a custom shop. We design and build each project according to the needs of our clients. All of our products are customized according to your artwork files.

3.How do I get samples?

A. Sample delivery date: about 5-7 days after confirmation of artwork.

B. Sample cost: custom samples - around $30- $150, but depends on the product (before placing an order).

C. Samples will be sent by Courier (Fedex,DHL, etc.), generally $35- $80 depending on availability.


4.Are there any cheaper transportation costs for imports into our country?

For small orders, express delivery is best. For large orders, it's better to ship them by sea. For urgent orders, we recommend door-to-door delivery via air freight plus or shipping partner.


5.How do you control quality issues?
